Dale and his family settled in Southview East, a Franklin subdivision, in 1980. As the family grew in 1994, Dale built a second home in the Willow Pointe Pkwy subdivision. All three of Dale's children proudly graduated from Franklin Public Schools.
As the years passed, the Marciniak Team expanded with each generation. Kevin and Ryan joined their father in 2007 and 2017, along with Allison in 2014. In 2022, we welcomed Nick, a Franklin resident to our family team. Each member brings community knowledge and dedication to serving the residents of Franklin.
